Applied Technologies Group, Inc. (ATG) is a government service provider located in Huntsville, AL. We are accepting resumes for qualified candidates to provide Integrated Product Support (IPS) services to Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

Logistics Analyst responsibilities may include:

  • Management of the Government Furnished Property (GFP) by maintaining the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) requirements schedule (DD Form 610) for new build and remanufactured production lines.
  • Extraction of supply data from the Logistical Information Warehouse (LIW), Logistic Modernization Program (LMP) and various DLA logistical tools.
  • Responsible for the receipt and review of the Monthly Status Shortage Report (DD Form 611) ensuring the inventory accuracy of GFE.
  • Process Material Requirement List Change Request (MRLCR) to load new parts or increase on hand quantity of existing parts in the Material Control Activity (MCA) allowing to requisition items from the Material Requirements List (MRL).
  • Provide disposition for items on the Liability Discrepant Disposition Requirement (LDDR) and excess listings.
  • Conduct National Stock Number (NSN)/PSN analysis using FEDLOG.
  • Conduct Document Number research using the Web Visual Logistics Information Processing System (WEBVLIP), Army Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) and DOD Fed Mall.
  • Conduct Lines of Balance with the major Sustainment Commands i.e. the Army Material Command (AMCOM), the Communication-Electronics Command (CECOM) and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) ensuring stock availability of GFP as well as procurement and management of both provisioned and non-provisioned parts.
  • Submit Sales Order/Purchase Order through the Material Control Activity (MCA) via Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP).
  • Supply the GFP document for equipment transfer across contracts using the GFP Module in Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
  • Provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Maintenance Planning and Disposition, Materiel Fielding Management and Support as well as activities related to the implementation and execution of new system materiel fielding.
  • Offer advice and logistical analysis on repair and overhaul programs and coordinate repairs on assets.
  • Utilize the Logistical Management Program to identify plants for requisitions.
  • Request plant loads through the Provisioning Section to support the weapon system during its life cycle.
  • Manage inventory and accountability requirements for property for System Integrated Labs (SIL) across multiple contracts.
  • Process Movement orders for aircraft inducted into the program as well as aircraft transfers from contractor to the Product Management Office.
  • Ship items thru FEDEX and document shipments on DD Form 1149, Requisition and Invoice/Shipping Document.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.  Relevant experience may be substituted for education.   
  • Possess an Army Aviation Logistics or Maintenance background; supply chain management; automated information systems; Army aviation logistics processes, tools and documents; data standardization, equipment fielding and training; and system sustainment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the IPS elements: Product Support Management; Design Interface; Sustaining Engineering; Supply Support; Maintenance Planning and Management; Packaging, Handling, Storage, & Transportation; Technical Data; Support Equipment; Training and Training Support; Manpower and Personnel; Facilities and Infrastructure; and Computer Resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage assigned area of responsibility with quality results.
  • Is self-motivated, customer-focused, and possess the ability to solve problems.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (CONUS/OCONUS), 25%.
